* Capgras delusion is the belief that (usually) a close relative or spouse has been replaced by an identical-looking impostor.
* Fregoli delusion is the belief that various people that the believer meets are actually the same person in disguise.

Quit Smoke...
It has been a year since a've quit smoking...
It was in b'lore that I smoked my last cancer-stick and it is in b'lore that I am posting this post...
Not once in this one year time frame have I ever wanted to take a drag or felt unsure about my decision...
Not that I was a pack-a-day smoker, but still...
All it took were a couple of smart decisions...
